This page explains what information Gelato Bliss collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@gelatobliss-40084.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
